STRUCTURE BREAKDOWN:
DIVISIONS → OFFICES/TITLES
InXA-GC | DIVISION LISTINGS
[+] COMMAND Division
Division containing all the staff members within InXA-GC.
Members within are responsible for community administration/moderation, community activity planning/hosting, member outreach programs, and content creation/promotion within InXA-GC.
[+] ABYSION Division
Division containing all members who choose to show their pride for InXA-GC via a [InXA] badge on their online names.
Examples: "[InXA] Atro / [InXA] Duddles / [InXA] Digii"
Those who wear these badges are actively promoting and setting an example of InXA-GC. It's not a badge to be worn without consideration of your behavior, online or not. Only members of the ABYSION are considered for COMMAND recruitment due to the badge prerequisite COMMAND enforces.
[+] BRIGADE Division
Division containing our both our newest recruits and our oldest veterans.
Any and all who join our Discord, review and accept our mission statement/conduct standards, are inducted immediately into our BRIGADE division. This is our largest division... so should we ever do a BRIGADE-wide call-to-arms, it'd be quite a sight to see all our members pour into a single game server!
InXA-GC | OFFICE/TITLE LISTINGS
[-] COMMAND Division
- OVERWATCH - Office of OVERWATCH Appointed InXA-GC Envoys
- These staff members consist of those chosen solely at OVERWATCH's discretion.
OVERWATCH staff members are those who make the final decisions on anything involving InXA-GC. Although CONSUL staff don't have to directly approach and get approval from OVERWATCH about decisions, they will always be watching/listening to make sure that all is well. OVERWATCH are the only staff members allowed to speak with the full authority of InXA-GC behind them.
These staff are only chosen should they completely exceed a standard of integrity and critical thought not found within the confines of standard population. They are actively aware of their strengths and weakness and follow an altruistic mindset.
AKA - They are good people. Should you have no one else to turn to, they will care for you.
NOT CHOSEN LIGHTLY AND ONLY IN VERY INFREQUENT SITUATIONS | DUTIES OMITTED
- These staff members consist of those chosen solely at OVERWATCH's discretion.
- CONSUL - Office of Admins & Moderators
- These staff members are recruited from ABYSION members who have proven their ability to make sound decisions in regards to InXA-GC's well being. CONSUL staff work together to best decide how to deal with any event/member within the community. Their duties include, but are not limited to:
- Membership protection hearings/planning/enforcement.
- Membership disciplinary action hearings/planning/enforcement.
- Community conduct standard interpretation.
- Etc.
- These staff members are recruited from ABYSION members who have proven their ability to make sound decisions in regards to InXA-GC's well being. CONSUL staff work together to best decide how to deal with any event/member within the community. Their duties include, but are not limited to:
- HALL - Office of our Community Servants
- These staff members are recruited from ABYSION members who have been gracious enough to continuously provide some form of service/promotion for InXA-GC. Although these members have no part in the administration of InXA-GC, they are important staff who've already been kind enough to provide for InXA-GC in the first place, so they are likely to be considerate towards the health of our community when providing counsel to the offices, or when performing their duties:
- Producing InXA-GC media
- Planning InXA-GC events
- Supporting InXA-GC via endorsement/patronage/donations
- Etc.
- These staff members are recruited from ABYSION members who have been gracious enough to continuously provide some form of service/promotion for InXA-GC. Although these members have no part in the administration of InXA-GC, they are important staff who've already been kind enough to provide for InXA-GC in the first place, so they are likely to be considerate towards the health of our community when providing counsel to the offices, or when performing their duties:

- VETERANUS - Title of tenured tagged ABYSION division member
- Title given to members who've not only tagged up with the InXA badge... but have also been good towards those within InXA-GC. They are model members and human beings we respect. We can only hope that InXA-GC gives to them, the same joy they give to us.

InXA-GC's structure is ever evolving in order to stay as streamlined as possible. The main backbone (I.E. DIVISIONS / OFFICES / TITLES) will stay the same. But the intricacies will be fiddled with to maintain our efficiency while pursuing our mission statement. This page will be updated with all the info needed to understand this, and is always likely to be updated with new info. Check back often and ask any questions you might have below!
